TestStand deployment

Hello All 

I have TestStand Base Deployment 2012 SP1. Then I created used TestStand 2016 to create a sequence file from VIs written in Labview 2016. Can I do a TestStand deployment if I only have 2012 SP1 TestStand Base Deployment? i have the Full Development environment 2016.
