Operator Interface built in Visual studio 2015 calling TestStand 2013 Engine

Hi,

I am customizing the Operator Interface available in path 'C:\Program Files (x86)\National Instruments\TestStand 2013\UserInterfaces\Simple\C++ using MFC' according to my requirements. The original Visual Studio solution file was made using Visual Studio 2005. Now I have rebuilt it using Visual Studio 2015 with some additional functionalities. I want it to work for both TestStand 2013 and TestStand 2017. It is working ok in the developer PC where the Visual Studio 2015 is installed (for both TestStand 2013 and 2017). But if I run it in Testing PC (where no Visual Studio is installed) it is giving some file called 'mfc140.dll' missing error. In another Testing PC the exe wont start at all. All these bring me back to the question that whether Visual Studio 2015 is compatible with TestStand 2013?

Attached is the error screenshot.

Have anyone faced such issue before? If so please guide through how to resolve it?

How compatible is Visual Studio 2015 with TestStand 2013? Are there any exceptions?

Or how suggestible it is to use this combination of Visual Studio 2015 and TestStand 2013? Please help me with as much as information available.
