Error reading an ActiveX Automation server - DIAdem 64bits

Hello,

I am using NI TestStand 2016 32-bit and DIAdem 64-bit on a PC with Windows 10 Pro 64-bit, when I try to use an ActiveX/COM action and when I select the Automation Server: DIAdem (Ver 1.0) the following error is displayed:

An error ocurred reading an ActiveX Automation server type library.

Error Code: -18351

I have the same software installed in another PC and here is working well, but here in the Automation Server appear as DIAdem (64-bit) (Ver 1.0)

I have tried to reinstall all the NI software and also I tried the following links, but I cannot fix the issue.
