Run Teststand Deployment utility without license

Hi everyone,

I'm working on a test sequence with Teststand 2019 and i want to deploy the system in order to install it on other machines.

I used the MSI Based Installer output type and included all the drivers needed.

In the Feature Comparison for TestStand Deployment Utility build output types table given by NI, this output type Can be installed on a clean machine without National Instruments software.

But when i tried to run the installer on a machine without teststand, i'm asked to activate the license of labview.

I need to know if there is a solution to run a deployed teststand system (.exe) on a pc without teststand license
