After the MainSequence TSM( Teststand Semiconductor Module ) assigns Bin details( Software and Hardware Bins). I want to print these bin details in the test results log after all the tests. Tried Additional step type in PostUUT and OnSIteTestingComplete callbacks that uses gettestinformation test type. Data is not logged in these callbacks. How to do it?
